- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)

Substitutions:

Steps
- Combine all ingredients. Add the frozen banana slices, milk, canned pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender.
