Owl Mask Pattern

Tools

  • Scissors

Steps

  1. Print the pattern. Download and print the owl mask template.
  2. Trace and cut. Trace the head and ear tufts onto brown foam, the eyes and beak onto yellow foam, and the neck ruffle onto white foam. Cut out all pieces.
  3. Assemble the front. Glue the yellow eyes and beak onto the front of the brown head piece.
  4. Attach the back pieces. Flip the mask over. Glue the ear tufts and neck ruffle to the back so they stick out around the edges.
  5. Add feathers. Glue feathers around the face and ears for texture and color.
  6. Add the strap. With grownup help, poke small holes on each side near the eyes. Thread elastic string through both holes and tie securely.

Grownup help needed: Poking holes and tying elastic.
